Meet Bethany
After losing my corporate sales job during COVID, I felt lost and disconnected from myself. Signing up for yoga teacher training—something I’d been afraid to pursue for twenty years—became my first step toward reconnecting. That journey eventually led me to somatic breathwork, where I discovered a deeper connection to myself and a renewed ability to engage with life. Today, somatic breathwork is at the heart of what I offer through Full Circle WellBeing, supported by yoga and sound. Having experienced the pressures of corporate life and the vulnerability of starting something new, I create a welcoming space where you can feel supported, move at your own pace, and come exactly as you are.
